Rates / Reservation Policy
A credit card is required to reserve any room. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Cash and travelers checks are also accepted as payment. No personal checks, please. Generally, we cannot guarantee room choice, although we make every effort to grant specific requests.
Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. There is a $20 charge per night per additional person. There is no charge for children under 16 sharing a room with two adults.

To cancel your reservation, you must call or email our office no less than 4 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of any deposit paid. Guests who cancel within 4 days of scheduled arrival will be charged for a one-night stay with tax at the current room rate and/or will forfeit any deposit that has already been paid. We will process your refund within 24 hours of the cancellation notice.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Frenchy’s Oasis requires at least one guest in your party be 25 years or older to check-in.
Complimentary on-site parking is available to our guests.
All rooms at Frenchy’s Oasis are non-smoking. There will be a $250 non-refundable fee for if this policy is disregarded.
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and check out time is at 11:00 am.
All guests must have visitors register at the office. No unregistered visitors are allowed on the premises at any time. The number of visitors allowed is at the discretion of motel management.

Lost & Found
Frenchy’s Oasis will make a reasonable effort to contact guests after their departure if they have any belongings on the premises. We will ship items back at the guest’s expense. If we are unable to reach the guest, the items will be held in our Lost & Found for 60 days, at which time the item will be donated to charity or discarded.
Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, décor or linens, will result in a charge of 120% of the replacement value or necessary cleaning at the management’s discretion.
