What are your Check-in/Check-out times?
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and check out time is at 11:00 am.

How do I make a reservation?
Front desk reservations can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling (727) 446-6835 or book one on our Reservations page.  All rates are based on double occupancy.

How many rooms do you have?
Frenchy’s Oasis is a quaint 15 room retro boutique motel.

What types of rooms do you offer?
Most of our rooms are waterfront with one King or two Queen beds. Each of these rooms feature an equipped kitchenette. We offer other rooms types that you can view here.

How close is the beach?
Frenchy’s Oasis is directly on the Florida Intracoastal Waterway, and short 2 block walk away from the Gulf of Mexico.

Do I need to rent a car to get around?
Clearwater Beach is a small island with an array of exciting activities. You can get almost anywhere by walking or by bicycle.  There are also taxi services and trolleys to take you where you want to go.

Does it cost extra for parking?
No, we have free parking available for our guests.

Do you have on-site laundry services?
Yes, we have a laundry facility available at any time to all guests that features coin-operated machines, detergent, bleach and fabric softener.  And of course we have daily room service available as well.

Do you have boat slips and parking available?
Yes and no.  We have a few boat slips on site at our private docks to store your boat for a rate of $25/night.  We do NOT have parking for your boat trailer on the property.
